Founder & Chairman of Adventus Ventures Corp., a medical technology incubator. Shawn is an entrepreneur with a strong background in both start-up and large established organizations including Johnson & Johnson and St. Jude Medical. 

He has held various leadership positions as CEO, senior executive, and board member. Shawn has co-founded multiple medical device companies with several successful exits: EP Dynamics, Lavita Technologies, Renal Dynamics, Vessix Vascular, Ellipse Technologies, Savona Therapeutics, and Oncogenics Guidance Systems. 

He is currently Chairman of Pressao Medical, Chairman of Vascular Health, and CEO & Chairman of Allevion Therapeutics.
